10 Sugar-Free Recipes for a 30-Day Sugar Detox Cleanse




1. Berry Coconut Smoothie


**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


**Instructions:**

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.






2. **Avocado and Egg Breakfast Bowl**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 ripe avocado, diced

- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Instructions:**

1. In a bowl, mix the diced avocado and chopped eggs.

2. Add cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3. Toss gently to combine.

4. Serve immediately.






3. **Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast**

**Ingredients:**

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Instructions:**

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.

3. Stuff the chicken breasts with spinach and feta cheese.

4. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

7. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.

8. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.





4. **Zucchini Noodles with Pesto**

**Ingredients:**

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

- 2 tablespoons pine nuts

- 1 garlic clove

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Instructions:**

1. In a food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Blend until smooth to make the pesto sauce.

3. Toss zucchini noodles with the pesto sauce.

4. Serve immediately.





5. **Quinoa and Black Bean Salad**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup cooked quinoa

- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- Juice of 1 lime

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Instructions:**

1. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, bell pepper, and cilantro.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.

4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.





6. **Baked Salmon with Asparagus**

**Ingredients:**

- 2 salmon fillets

- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 lemon, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Instructions:**

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Place salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Top with lemon slices.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.





7. **Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 head cauliflower, riced

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1 carrot, shredded

- 1/2 cup frozen peas

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 2 eggs, beaten

- Green onions for garnish


**Instructions:**

1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add cauliflower rice and peas, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

4. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs into the other side.

5. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix everything together.

6. Add soy sauce and stir to combine.

7. Garnish with green onions and serve.





8. **Greek Yogurt Parfait**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1/4 cup granola (sugar-free)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds


**Instructions:**

1. Layer Greek yogurt, fresh berries, granola, and chia seeds in a bowl or glass.

2. Repeat layers if desired.

3. Serve immediately.





9. **Tomato Basil Soup**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 4 cups chopped tomatoes

- 2 cups vegetable broth

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Instructions:**

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

3. Add tomatoes and vegetable broth, and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.

6. Stir in fresh basil, salt, and pepper.

7. Serve hot.





10. **Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1 apple, diced

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


**Instructions:**

1. In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

2. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.

3. Stir again to break up any clumps.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

5. Top with diced apple before serving.
